Account Suspension & Closure
Evo3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including breaches of terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension due to a violation, funds remaining in the account may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the evo3 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
